When I think about my journey through life the key factors that make me who I am are
1. Work Ethic
2. Desire to Help
3. My Calm
What do I mean?
It will make sense when I introduce you to two people.
First my Dad. I never saw him stop and do nothing, he always seemed to work from stupid o'clock every day, then he would keep on working whether it was his job or around the house or a 2nd job he was always busy. When he passed away 20 years ago he was still working as hard and with all that hard work he never forgot that he was always ready to help no matter what the occasion. I learnt that if you give time to people in need you will leave a legacy of kindness and peace wherever you go. I also learnt how to stay calm and in control from him. Some people call it "Unflappable" I call it inner peace and control. Being content in your skin and always viewing others as more important than yourself.

Second my Oldest Son. Ashton was diagnosed with Autism in 2015. Everyday was hard before the diagnosis and they are still hard after but I have learnt so much from him
I had to become a Specialist in Ashton and fight for everything he needed. Changing school almost every year, dealing with daily meltdowns and keeping his siblings safe from his rages was hard enough but I always needed to go deeper and try to understand his why. Understanding what makes him happy, sad, angry, tired and calm.
I can understand you in the same way!
When I had to approach a different means of income and start working I needed to fit around Ashtons needs, I couldn't work set hours and or locations so I started my own business and I have used everything my Dad and Ashton have taught me to create a business that matched my work ethic, can really help others, and instills a calm in this crazy business world.
That is the reason why I have developed a cost management process which supports Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Company Directors in improving their procurement strategy to achieve higher, more predictable profits.
I've developed a deep understanding of what’s needed to manage overheads and maintain successful businesses in highly competitive markets.
I'm interested in talking to businesses looking to identify gaps in their systems and fill those gaps, manage growth, find direction and take the decisive action necessary to become the very best in their chosen industry or profession.
